Will this replace my team?
The receptionist handles agreed routine calls and scheduling tasks. Your team handles complex questions and situations that need a person, using the handoff rules we configure together.
What does the monthly fee cover?
System access, monitoring, support, and up to two routine updates to hours, FAQs, greetings, or routing each month. Phone numbers, call and SMS usage, custom integrations, and additional scope are quoted before purchase.
How quickly can we launch?
The target is 10 business days after complete intake, required access, and approvals. Phone transfers and third-party approvals may extend the timeline. Your launch date is confirmed before payment.
Can I keep my current business number?
We’ll review your phone setup during the call and explain available forwarding or transfer options before you make a decision.
What happens if the system does not work as agreed?
We test the agreed greeting, approved business answers, lead capture, routing, and booking before launch. If an agreed function fails and we cannot correct it within 14 days of written notice, we refund the receptionist setup fee under the service agreement. This covers functionality, not guaranteed sales or revenue.
What if I also need a website?
Ask about the Business Launch Bundle: $1,499 setup plus $349/month for the receptionist and a website of up to five pages. Domain and usage charges are quoted separately.
